The ending of a good book is like the ending of an era, you’re leaving friends behind and that can be hard. The last words can give some closure or be super frustrating.
Just finished the book, and it left an empty hole in me for a couple of days. I reckon you can tell a book is really doing something for you when you feel lost when it’s over. Normally I’d read it again (or at least parts of it) but this time I borrowed it from a colleague so I felt I had to give it back. And now I miss it…
